The RVH requires an SPR doctor in Cardiology for the following shifts:
- Friday 11 September – 8pm to 8:30am
- Saturday 12 September – 8pm to 8:30am
- Sunday 13 September – 8pm to 8:30am
- Tuesday 15 September – 8am to 5:30pm
- Monday 28 September – 8am to 5:30pm
- Tuesday 29 September – 8am to 5:30pm
- Monday 19 October – 8am to 5:30pm
Requirements (Regional Framework Compliancy):
- Updated CV including explanations for any gaps in employment/training
- At least 6 months’ UK experience (clinical attachments/observerships not counted)
- At least 6 months’ experience in cardiology
- Must be Encompass trained
- GMC number with confirmation registration is up to date
- Copy of passport for photographic ID
- Two recent references relevant to the specialty and grade applied for
- Access NI check completed with reference number provided (a DBS check does not suffice for Northern Ireland)
- Statement of eligibility to work
- Proof of qualifications (e.g. Bachelor of Medicine certificate)
- ALS/ILS from an accredited course (ALS required for all ED shifts)
- Fit to Work form
- Anti-coagulant certificate
- Deprivation of Liberty / Mental Capacity Act 2005 (levels 3 and 4a)
- Hyponatraemia certificate
- Infection Control certificate
- Right Patient Right Blood, LBT Blood Components, LBT Safe Transfusion, LBT Consent for Transfusion certificates
