Details as below:
Wednesday 28 October 2020 - 2000-0830 on the floor
Saturday 31 October 2020 - 1000-2030 + on call
Monday 2 - Tuesday 3 November 2020 - 1000-2030 + on call
Monday 9 November 2020 - 0800-1800 + on call
Friday 27 November 2020 - 2000-1830 on the floor
Senior ED Reg or SMO - $1600 - $2,000, depending on experience
FACEM rates are between $2,300 - $3,500
